Ltd. the right to access, store and use these personal details and further, consent TRU REALTY Property Consultants to reach out to you directly. All the voice conversation carried out between you and the employees of TRU Realty Property Consultants Private Limited and/or such other third party(s) as may be engaged by TRU Realty Pvt. Pricing policies:
TRU realty is not selling any product directly from our website. Hence Pricing information is not displayed on our platform. Razorpay gateway is used for payment of Referral bonus and other incentives to channel partners and customers. We do not expect customer to pay us via Razorpay payment gateway.
Refund and cancellation:
We are not a bank and do not offer any banking or related services, we only provide a platform to our respective users for their referral bonus/commission payment and to process the transactions. The users shall be responsible to provide complete Bank Account details and need to comply with relevant regulations if any related to such payments and shall be responsible for any non – compliance or defaults in such payments. In case, the transaction is not processed due to incomplete details being provided by you then we shall not hold liable for the failed transactions.
