This policy covers this website only. It does not cover our customer portal, our project sites, our social media pages, or anything that happens away from trurealty.in, each of which is governed by its own terms.

What is collected automatically

Like every website, this one is delivered by a web server, and that server keeps standard access logs. Those logs typically record:

• the IP address your request came from;
• the browser and operating system reported by your device;
• the pages and files requested, with the date and time of each request;
• the page that referred you, where your browser sends one;
• whether the request succeeded, and the error code if it did not.

This is the ordinary technical record of a website being served. It is used to keep the site running, to diagnose faults, and to identify abuse such as automated scraping or attempted intrusion. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not sold, rented or traded.

Third-party services

A handful of the files that make up this site are served by other companies rather than by us. When your browser fetches one of those files, the company serving it necessarily sees your IP address and basic browser information, because that is how an internet request works. The services in question are:

• Adobe Fonts, which serves the typefaces the site is set in.
• jsDelivr and unpkg, two public content delivery networks that serve open-source display and interface libraries.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the site against automated abuse and bulk submissions from software rather than people.
• YouTube, for embedded video. We embed through YouTube's privacy-enhanced no-cookie domain, which withholds viewing-based personalisation cookies unless you actually play the video.

Links to other websites

This site links outward in several places: to our customer portal, to the MahaRERA register, to news publications that have covered us, and to our social media profiles. Those destinations are not under our control. Once you follow a link away from trurealty.in, this policy stops applying and the privacy policy of the site you have arrived at takes over. We would encourage you to read it.

Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit, and we maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a website of this kind. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, however, and no one can promise absolute security. We do not claim to.

Children

This website is intended for adults evaluating real estate. It is not directed at children, and it is not designed or intended to gather information about them.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time, for instance if the site's technology changes or the law does. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
