RERA and the agreement for sale

Our projects are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) as required by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The registered particulars are available on the authority's website at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in, and those particulars, not this website, are the authoritative record.

Any purchase is governed exclusively by the registered agreement for sale executed between the parties, read with the disclosures registered with MahaRERA. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement or from the registered disclosures, the agreement and the registered disclosures prevail. Prospective purchasers are advised to satisfy themselves independently, and to verify the registered particulars, before taking any decision.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trurealty Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page, and the date at the top changes when we do. Your continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking this page from time to time.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
