Why we built it this way.

We didn’t want TRU Meadows to feel like a tower you simply commute home to. We wanted the day to slow down the moment you turn in off the road.

The elevation takes its cue from the Dubai Frame: a clean rectangular frame with lattice screens set into it. Those screens aren’t decoration. They cut the afternoon sun, because light is something you filter, not fight. By evening, they glow from the inside out.

Four towers instead of one tall block, so nearly every home gets morning light and a cross-breeze. The clubhouse sits at the centre of the township, so the pool, the gym and the lawns are all a short walk from every door.
